Dr. Arwa Rabie holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, and brings more than 17 years of experience across the upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas, petrochemical, and power sectors. Her career includes key roles with Dow Chemical, ADNOC, SABIC, and Linde, with professional experience spanning the United States, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, and Germany.
A recognized expert in process engineering and optimization, Dr. Rabie combines strong commercial insight with deep technical expertise, driving strategic partnerships and business development initiatives that support Elara Power Group’s growth. Her international and cross cultural background strengthens the company’s technical capabilities while advancing expansion across key energy markets.

Dr. Walla Alfaraj brings a distinctive combination of medical expertise, technical insight, and business leadership to her role at Elara Power Group. A former researcher at Johns Hopkins University, certified in Environmental and Occupational Medicine, and an American Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician, her career reflects a foundation built on precision, resilience, and high stakes decision making.
A Saudi Arabian national, she was raised in Saudi Arabia at the center of one of the world’s leading energy markets. She combines deep regional understanding with extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s culture, industry landscape, and strategic networks, leveraging strong relationships and commercial strategy expertise to advance sustainable and impactful energy solutions across Saudi Arabia.
